Demo Version 0.0.1.2
As part of working on Version 0.1 of the Fading Away, I'm not only adding new content, but also changing core aspects of the game. These things range from specific bug fixes to elements that were altered after suggestions from players.
There really are too many things to mention here (though I will mention a few), since Version 0.0.1.2 is not strictly an intentional version, but rather an evolution of 0.0.1.1. The content of the demo is done, so every update you see for the 0.0.1.X series will be changes to the core game.
Added:
-Gamepad support! Optimized for Dualshock 4, but a generic gamepad should also work.
-Some abilities now have a visual effect.
Fixed:
-Code semi-restructure. Some scripts now run more efficiently.
-Saving and loading functions have been consolidated.
-Olgir should no longer skip to the end of a quest when you first meet him.
-Killing Ilferþ no longer resets collisions.
-The formula for calculating total weight and bulk capacity has been simplified. Your stats now have a greater effect on this calculation.
-HP losses are now only affected by DEF if the loss is caused by a physical attack.
-Removed death bread.
